2600 & 2600R 4B+ Series

Florence 2600 Series horizontal mailboxes are front loading.  The front of the unit is a normally locked, hinged master door that opens to permit mail to be inserted into individual tenant mail boxes. These units are intended to be recessed into a wall or other enclosure.

Florence 2600 Series Horizontal Mailboxes are designed for use in larger multi-family apartment buildings, dormitories, office highrises, etc.  These mail units were formerly known as Centurian 2600 Series Horizontal Mailboxes by American Device.

As of October 6, 2006, USPS STD-4C compliant mailbox systems are mandatory on all NEW CONSTRUCTION and MAJOR RENOVATIONS. Mailboxes that are 4B+ compliant will only be considered USPS Approved if they are replacing existing mailboxes. LOCAL USPS APPROVAL FOR USE OF MAIL UNITS IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED (USPS approvals are by customer).
