1250-4 4B+ Mail Units

This unit has four (4) tenant mail boxes (compartments measure 16"H x 5-1/2"W x 6"D.  Standard features include clear anodized aluminum finish, 5 pin tenant door locks with 2 keys each, resident name and number ID card holders in doors, prepped to receive USPS master lock.

  • Rough opening measures approx. 17-3/4"H x 23"W. 
  • Min 6-3/4" wall depth required.   
• Surface Mounting
  • Each unit measures approx. 19-1/8"H x 24-1/2"W. 
  • Mounts on surface of wall. 

AF Florence 4B+ 1250 series vertical mail units are USPS approved for replacement / rehab projects only and are intended for interior / indoor use. Not recommended for outdoor / exterior use due to stamped steel components (steel will rust), and not intended to be water-resistant. Units may be installed one over the other (two high) with local / servicing USPS approval.  

NOTE: As of October 6, 2006, USPS STD-4C compliant mailbox systems are mandatory on all NEW CONSTRUCTION and MAJOR RENOVATIONS. Mailboxes that are 4B+ compliant will only be considered USPS Approved if they are replacing existing mailboxes. LOCAL USPS APPROVAL FOR USE OF MAIL UNITS IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED (USPS approvals are by customer).
